AI That Organizes Itself

How Micro uses a knowledge graph and AI to automatically keep your contacts, tasks, and relationships up to date.

Every CRM promises to "save you time." Most of them just create more work. Data entry, field mapping, pipeline hygiene. You end up spending more time maintaining the tool than using it.

We built Micro to be different. The AI isn't a chatbot bolted on top. It's woven into the data layer itself.

The knowledge graph

At the core of Micro is a graph of objects and relationships. Every email, contact, company, meeting, task, and document is a node. Properties and references connect them.

When a new email arrives, Micro doesn't just drop it in your inbox. It resolves the sender to a contact, links it to an organization, checks for open tasks, and updates relationship strength. All automatically. This is what we mean when we say the CRM should update itself.

Autofill, not data entry

Traditional CRMs make you fill in fields manually. Micro's autofill system watches signals from your email, calendar, and meeting notes, then proposes values for properties like deal stage, company size, or next steps.

You review and approve. The AI does the typing.

Agents that act on your behalf

Beyond organizing data, Micro's AI agents can take action: draft follow-up emails, create tasks from meeting notes, schedule reminders based on deal timelines, and research prospects using public data.

Think of it as a chief of staff that never sleeps and never forgets a thread.

The end of tab-switching

When your email, CRM, calendar, and AI all share the same brain, you stop jumping between tools. You open Micro, and the context is already there.

That's the product we're building. Try it out.
